We Take Pride In Our Work

Universal Mechanical’s first large undertaking was the Cancer Research Institute building at Queen's University for full-service general contractor M. Sullivan & Son Ltd. Following this successful collaboration the companies also worked together on the Royal Kingston Curling Club.

Recent endeavours such as assisting in the completion of the Queen’s new Physical Education Centre, working on the recently completed Vimy Training Quarters and on the All Ranks Dining Facility at CFB Kingston are other examples of Universal Mechanical’s quality workmanship.

To add to this impressive list are the following projects: Assisting Podium in the development of two 11-storey buildings in downtown Kingston,  plumbing and HVAC for over 100 homes in the Milcreek Community for Golden Falcon Homes, assisting M. Sullivan & Son on the new Health Services Centre at CFB Kingston and Ross Clair Construction with the Fort Champlain Dormitory renovation as well as an upgrade at Queen’s Botterall Hall for David Cupido Construction.
